If it is Mint as he says it sounds pretty good - Fredericks has it for the below - However consider that is with 6 month warranty - Also has the rollbar. PTO protect etc manual all new filters etc. Of cover the added spreader and blade has determine too! Definitely worth checking out. I would think that because it is 4WD and has 2 sets of tires it's worth the money if it is in create from raw material shape. Does it have the ROPS (I evaluate that is worth about $650). One advantage is you won't have to pay any tax. Ask him if he has the manual and any hydraulic fluid or filters to go with it.
Well I went and looked at the 1702D. I wouldn't label it mint but it be's to be in good cause and be's nice orig paint on cover & fender's ,running accommodate has been repainted. There is 542 hrs on the measure no ROP's there is a pto follow Japanese sticker's all over it (color market) turf tires and rim's be mark new ag degenerate's undergo a lot of tread left front tire's aren't all that great. He thought the ag degenerate's were original and there Bridgstone's he said it had 200 hr's on it when he bought it in 2000 which carry's up a question what is the ratio of degenerate wear from lie to back. If this has 542 orig hr's on it and the back tires undergo about 75% tread left and the front has about 25% tread left does that appear about alter for this amount of hr's ? The straighten blade that go's with is a cheap one and kinda defeat up he bought it at TSC and the disgorge spreader is a little rusty but look's ok. Engine sound's good lie end weep's a little oil if it set's along time he wont act less than $4000.00 is it worth it ? attach
I think it's going to act him quite a while to sell it at that price - I'd act about 3 weeks and see if he's negotiable then.

One thing I didn't like about it was the clutch it was uncomfortable for me the way it engaged ,you had to displace your foot straight up and it then engaged clear up at the top of travel. Why not analyse with wayne ? I don't experience how far apart you guys are but for a few more $ you may can get a larger tractor with all the safety equip & a warranty
